Ağrı Ibrahim Şişan University is considered one of the public universities located in the city of Ağrı, Eastern Anatolia, in Turkey. It is located in Ağrı, a higher education institution. It was founded in 2007. It was previously located under the name of the Faculty of Education, linked to Ataturk University in Erzurum. In 2007, it was developed after a protocol signed between Government and businessman Ibrahim Cheshan.
